"Friends from College" will spotlight a group of friends who went to the Ivy League university but decades later take on their 40s and whether that education really led to success in their personal and professional lives.
Nick Stoller, who directed "Neighbors" and its sequel "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising," and Francesca Delbanco are the executive producers and writers of the series. Stoller will also direct all eight episodes.
"Nick is a comedic mastermind," Cindy Holland, Netflix's vice president of original content, said in a release Monday. "With Friends from College, he and Francesca have created a world that is both moving and very, very funny."
